Nick Jimenez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales and culinary operations. Prior to entering the automotive industry, Nick held various culinary leadership positions, including Director of Food and Beverage & Executive Chef at LE MERIDIEN DALLAS and Executive Chef at W Hotels. Nick's culinary career began with extensive experience as Executive Sous Chef at Westin Hotels & Resorts and Chef de Cuisine at Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple outlets, managing staff, and ensuring operational excellence.
