Simon Tan

Simon Tan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Simon is currently working at Park Place Technologies as the Senior Director of Supply Chain, a role they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Supply Chain for APAC at Park Place Technologies from August 2021 to August 2022. From May 2018 to July 2021, Simon held the position of Regional Service Director for APAC at the same company.

Before joining Park Place Technologies, Simon was the Chief Operating Officer at Axentel Technologies from April 2014 to April 2018. In this role, they were responsible for various functions including services sales, pre-sales, service delivery, escalations, logistics, and procurement of IT services and maintenance globally. Simon successfully transformed Axentel's business model from a trading-based model to a recurring revenue services-based model, significantly increasing recurring revenue contribution and average recurring revenue growth while also increasing total revenue growth.

Simon also worked at TRT as the Global Service Delivery Manager from April 2013 to March 2014, and as a Business Development Manager from February 2011 to April 2013. Prior to that, they were a Sales Manager at Aversan Singapore Pte Ltd from March 2010 to October 2010.

Simon's earlier work experience includes roles such as Sales & Project Manager at EASIPOS from March 2007 to March 2010, and Senior Sales Executive at Viable Crest (M) Sdn Bhd from July 2003 to February 2007.

Simon Tan attended Sek Men Keb Skudai from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained their SPM (General) degree. Simon then went on to study at the University of Bradford from 2000 to 2003, earning a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Management.
