Zen Truong

Zen Truong is an experienced professional currently serving as an International Student Ambassador at Cardiff Metropolitan University since September 2017. In this role, Zen supports various events, enhances university representation, collaborates with the Marketing team on social media initiatives, and creates events to aid students, particularly freshers. Zen holds multiple positions in the hospitality sector, including Barperson at PURPLE POPPADOM LIMITED, Conference and Banqueting Assistant at Park Plaza Cardiff Hotel, and Waitress at Mitchell and Butlers, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork. Prior experience includes serving as Desk Receptionist at Animal Doctors International and as a Marketing Executive at Duc Vuong Hotel. Zen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts in English of Finance and Banking from Banking University HCMC.
