Sam Louise van der Giessen

Sam Louise van der Giessen is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and corporate finance. Currently serving as Vice President at Park Square Capital since July 2020, Sam has held various roles including Investment Associate and Investment Analyst. Prior experience includes working as an Off-Cycle Analyst in the Hybrid Value Fund at Apollo Global Management Inc., where responsibilities encompassed non-control stressed/distressed investments, structured equity, and capital solutions. Earlier, an internship at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. focused on corporate finance and capital markets, alongside a position as a Working Student in the Infrastructure Investments Department at PGGM Investments. Sam holds a Master's degree in Financial Analysis from London Business School and an International Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, also having studied at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and completed the International Baccalaureate at the International School of The Hague.
