Arlene Lora

Arlene Lora is a seasoned professional in the construction and architecture industry, currently serving as a Purchasing Agent at Park Square Homes since August 2013, where responsibilities include acting as a liaison between the Purchasing Department and the Design Studio, as well as developing custom estimates for home buyers. Previously, Arlene worked as a Freelance Architect for Coral Stone USA from 2010 to 2015, specializing in shop drawings and takeoffs. At TWENTY TWO GROUP, LLC from June 2011 to August 2013, Arlene held the position of Chief Estimator, managing bids, proposals, and project schedules. As a Project Engineer at New Beach Construction Partners from July 2007 to March 2011, Arlene handled pre-construction activities, estimating, and planning. Arlene started the career as an Assistant Estimator at The Place for Tile Inc. from May 2005 to July 2007. Arlene holds a Master's Degree in Building/Construction Site Management from Florida International University, an Associate's Degree in Construction Management from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo, and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Universidad Iberoamericana.
