Andy Gatchell

Andy Gatchell started their career in 2006 as part of the Retail Properties Group at Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group. In 2008, they joined CBRE's Retail Brokerage Group until 2011. From 2011 until 2023, Andy worked at Stan Johnson Company as an Associate Director, specializing in net lease investment sales and leading Team Gatchell. In 2023, they joined Park State Bank as the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending.
