Carlos has a Master's degree in International Cooperation Studies from Hiroshima University and a Bachelor's degree in Management, Politics, and International Relations from The University of Notre Dame Australia. With a background in various management roles in the hospitality industry, Carlos has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills throughout their career.
