Mary Lynn Blake

Mary Lynn Blake is a licensed real estate broker at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage since January 2014, specializing in residential properties in Wilmington, Wrightsville, Carolina Beach, and Kure Beach. In addition to real estate, Mary Lynn serves as an ambassador for Parkbench.com, providing free advertising and local content for businesses in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Since December 2010, Mary Lynn has also worked as a self-employed independent consultant, advisor, and project manager. Prior experience includes serving as WPN ambassador and regional director for Women's Power Networking from August 2014 to December 2018, where Mary Lynn facilitated meetings and networking events. Mary Lynn's career began with operations in the U.S. Government from January 1988 to November 2010. Mary Lynn holds a Master’s degree in International Politics/Conflict Studies from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma.
