Brian Thomson

Brian Thomson has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the oil and gas industry. Brian started their career as an Assistant Manager at Dusk Bar in 2008. Brian then worked as a Sales Executive at Arnold Clark from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they joined The Uniconn Group as a Tooldresser/Workshop Supervisor, and quickly progressed to become a Sales Executive and Rentals Co-ordinator. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Sales Executive at The Uniconn Group, where they strategically planned goals and introduced new clients. In 2014, Brian joined Parker Wellbore as a Deputy Sales Manager, responsible for business development, customer support, and contract execution. Brian later became the UK Sales Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and the UK Country Manager. In 2022, they were appointed as the General Manager for the UK & Continental Europe region. Currently, Brian is the Director of Business Development for the Eastern Hemisphere at Parker Wellbore, where they oversee the development of business strategies and manages revenue streams. Alongside their professional career, they also served as a Member of the Board Trustee at Sunrise Partnership starting from 2020.

Brian Thomson attended Turriff Academy from 2000 to 2006. Brian then went on to study at Robert Gordons University from 2006 to 2008. No degree or field of study was specified for either institution.
