Cesar Souza, MBA, PMP, has extensive experience in engineering and business development, having held various leadership roles at Parker Hannifin, including Engineering Manager, Business Development Manager, and Product Development Engineering Supervisor. Prior experience includes positions at Autoliv do Brasil as Project Manager and Project Team Leader / Product Engineer Leader, as well as roles at Freudenberg as Product Engineer and Product Technician. Cesar Souza earned an MBA in Strategic People Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2016 to 2018, and an MBA in Project Management from the same institution from 2007 to 2009.
