Teri Kay

Teri Kay, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Learning & Organizational Effectiveness and Vice President of Human Resources for the Instrumentation Group at Parker Hannifin since April 2016, Teri has previously held significant positions including Global Human Resources Partner at The Lubrizol Corporation, Director of Human Resources at Ben Venue Laboratories, and Director of Human Resources at Avery Dennison. Teri's career began at DaimlerChrysler as a Human Resources Generalist. Teri holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Toledo and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.
