Yindong Ge

Yindong Ge is a highly experienced professional in the field of materials science, currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Parker Hannifin since July 2013, where notable contributions include leading the development of a metal additive manufacturing technology roadmap and overseeing comprehensive material testing and analysis. Previously, Yindong held the position of Metal Innovation Center Manager, successfully introducing the ToughShield Plus™ plating technology and managing technical projects in collaboration with universities. As a Senior Materials Engineer, Yindong improved processes and achieved significant cost reductions on custom manufacturing projects. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Materials Science from Case Western Reserve University, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Inorganic Materials Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology.
