Dixon Stapleton Dunavant, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Starting in 2002, Dixon worked as a Litigation Paralegal at Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP, gaining experience in commercial civil litigation, document review, legal research, and drafting legal documents. In 2005, Dixon transitioned to becoming a Recruiting Coordinator, managing attorney recruitment for the firm. Notably, Dixon increased the summer intern class size and improved the acceptance rate of permanent offers to summer interns. In 2008, Dixon's role expanded to include Human Resources duties, involving policy and benefits manual updates, health insurance and benefits review, and open enrollment processes. In 2011, Dixon joined PSA Healthcare as a People Services Generalist before returning to Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs in 2012. At the law firm, Dixon served as the Director of Human Resources and is currently the Chief Administrative Officer.
Dixon Stapleton Dunavant, SHRM-SCP, holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. This degree was obtained between 2006 and 2008. In addition, Dunavant also earned a Bachelors degree in History from The University of the South between 1996 and 2000.
