Roy Gerards is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in luxury hotel management and operations. Currently serving as the Hotel Manager at Parker Palm Springs since September 2023, Roy is responsible for daily operations, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Prior to this role, Roy was the Director of Operations at The Beverly Hills Hotel, where responsibilities included enhancing guest experiences and collaborating with various department directors. Previous positions include Director of Food and Beverage at The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, Director of Restaurants at SLS Hotel, and various managerial roles in restaurants and bars. Roy holds a Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from ARCUS College.
