Kelli Woolworth

Kelli Woolworth is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as for the elderly. Currently serving as a Direct Support Professional at PPCH since December 2022, Kelli is involved in expanding social services in Northern Colorado. Prior roles include Programs Coordinator, Job Coach, and Community Coordinator at The Ramble Collective, where Kelli managed apprenticeship programs and supported job coaching staff. Kelli's experience also encompasses positions at Imagine!, Visiting Angels, and the International Institute of St. Louis, where Kelli assisted vulnerable populations and coordinated services. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from DePauw University, complemented by a commitment to social justice and community engagement.
