Melanie Dubis

Melanie Dubis is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business litigation. Serving as a Partner at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP since 1995, Melanie leads the firm's Business Litigation Team and has significant expertise in North Carolina state and federal courts. In addition to legal practice, Melanie has contributed to the nonprofit sector, holding roles such as Board Treasurer and Board Chair at Alliance of AIDS Services - Carolina since November 2014, and previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Carolina Ballet from February 2011 to June 2016. Melanie earned a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
