Jenesis Squires

Jenesis Squires is a seasoned professional in talent solutions and research, currently serving as Senior Client Director at Parkhouse Bell since June 2021, where responsibilities include developing bespoke talent resourcing programs for global organizations. Previously, Jenesis held various positions at Talent Insight Group from January 2018 to May 2021, culminating in the role of Insight Director, overseeing research strategies and project management. Experience also includes a tenure as Research Project Manager at Research Europe, and roles at Fresh Squeezed Ideas, Millennium Research Group, University of Waterloo, IBM Smarter Workforce, Export Development Canada, and Clear Picture Corporation. Jenesis holds a Master's of Applied Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Saint Mary's University.
