Ralfe Alibhai Ribeiro has extensive experience in talent research and consulting, particularly within the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical, and Pharmaceuticals sectors. Currently serving as a Talent Research Partner at Parkhouse Bell, Ralfe Alibhai Ribeiro manages executive research, develops customized search strategies, and maintains client relationships. Ralfe Alibhai Ribeiro is also a Shadow Committee Member at The Executive Research Association, contributing to organizational strategies and research projects. Previous roles include Senior Research Consultant and Sector Lead at Henley Research International, Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Leicester, and various positions in data management and teaching.
