Raluca Pirvu is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and engineering leadership recruitment, currently serving as Practice Head of Advanced Engineering and Manufacturing at Parkhouse Bell since March 2023. Previously, Raluca held significant roles at Microsoft, where responsibilities included enhancing candidate experience for leadership roles across multiple regions, and leading engineering talent acquisition efforts. Raluca's experience also encompasses managing large teams in talent acquisition at Emirates and Armstrong Craven, along with key roles in recruitment consultancy and procurement at organizations such as EdburyDaley and Procter & Gamble. Raluca holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and French from Universitatea OVIDIUS din Constanta.
