Jake Hoffman has a diverse work experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Jake is currently working as an Account Manager at ParkHub since 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Manager of Events, Guest Services at AMB Sports and Entertainment from March 2022 to June 2022.
Before that, Jake worked at the Golden State Warriors from May 2019 to March 2022. Jake started as a Manager, Guest Experiences and was responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience at Chase Center. Jake hired and trained over 400 part-time staff members and managed a team of 200+ in the Guest Experiences department. Jake then advanced to the position of Senior Manager, Guest Experiences.
From October 2016 to April 2019, Jake served as the Event Services Manager at Maverik Center. Jake oversaw security and guest services for events and managed a team of over 300 event staff.
Jake Hoffman attended Culver-Stockton College from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management. In addition to their degree, they also obtained additional certifications, including the "Venue Management School" from the International Association of Venue Managers in December 2021 and the "TEAM Trainer" certification from TEAM Coalition in July 2019.
