Miranda Pacheco

Miranda Pacheco has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Miranda currently holds the position of Head of Integrations and Ticketing at ParkHub, where they are responsible for overseeing new client ticketing integrations and determining operational flow for prepaid sales and validation. Prior to this role, they served as the Integrations and Ticketing Coordinator and Client Success Manager at ParkHub.

Miranda has also worked as a Communications Specialist at Shipt, where they communicated business performance and product knowledge and collaborated with teams to develop efficient performance methods. Miranda has experience as a Marketing/Administrative Specialist at Hoover General Contractors LLC, where they evaluated and oversaw all marketing processes and spearheaded new marketing ideas and strategies.

Earlier in their career, Miranda worked as a Social Media Correspondent for Ouachita Baptist University Soccer, where they maintained social media posts to spread awareness of program events. Miranda also served as a Customer Service Representative at Ouachita Baptist University and gained experience as a Freelance Graphic Designer at SheTeam Lifestyle.

Additionally, Miranda has gained experience in retail and services as a Retail and Services Associate at The Toggery. Miranda has also worked as a Social Media and Marketing Intern at E.Leigh's Contemporary Boutique, where they evaluated marketing processes and participated in strategic selling and styling methods. Furthermore, they served as a Photo Journalism Intern at The Athens News Courier, where they created engaging stories and designed layouts for specific editions.

Miranda Pacheco pursued their education at Athens High School from 2010 to 2014, where they received an Advanced Diploma. Miranda then enrolled at Ouachita Baptist University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design.
