Lauren Nicol is an experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Parking Management Company since October 2019, Lauren previously held progressive roles at Towne Park from April 2013 to September 2019, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Representative, specializing in high-volume recruitment and onboarding processes. Earlier, Lauren co-founded Serendipity LLC, a gift and clothing boutique, where responsibilities spanned from merchandising to sales. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Salisbury University and attended Howard Community College prior.
