Brian Irvin

Brian Irvin, CCP, currently serves as the Director of Compensation at Parkland Hospital since 2021. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions at CHRISTUS Health from 2015 to 2020, including Director of Compensation for HR Shared Services and Compensation Manager. Brian's career in compensation began at Willis-Knighton Health System, where the role of Compensation Coordinator was undertaken from 2011 to 2015. Earlier in the career, Brian worked as Head Tennis Professional at IMG Academy from 2007 to 2008. Brian's educational background includes studies at DePaul University and Rollins College.
