Jared Ginter

Jared Ginter has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Operations Coordinator at Dillards from July 2002 to December 2011. Jared then worked as a Math Tutor at Tarrant County College from September 2010 to December 2011. In 2012, they joined Dean Foods as a Risk Management Intern and later progressed to become a Risk Analyst from August 2012 to February 2013. In May 2013, they briefly worked as a TRAC Associate at Marsh. Their next significant role was at Parkland Hospital, where they started as an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst from September 2013 to February 2016. Jared then became a Senior Insurance & Risk Finance Specialist from February 2016 to May 2017. Subsequently, they worked as the Director of Risk Management from May 2017 to December 2021, and they currently hold the position of Vice President of Risk Management, starting in December 2021.

Jared Ginter holds a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) degree from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, which they obtained between 2014 and 2016. Jared also completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Risk Management and Statistics from Southern Methodist University. Additionally, Jared obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Tarrant County College.
