Rory Charron

Rory Charron currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Parkland Properties of Michigan, a position held since May 2015. In this role, Rory has been instrumental in significant projects, including collaborating with the City and County of Muskegon to develop the VanDyk Mortgage Convention Center and acquiring the former Shaw Walker Furniture Company property. Earlier experience includes serving as the Real Estate Development Coordinator, where major achievements included transforming the Hackley Bank building into Highpoint Flats and converting the Holiday Inn Muskegon Harbor into the Delta Hotels by Marriott. Prior to Parkland Properties, Rory worked as an Executive Assistant and Paralegal at CH Law, focusing on real estate and business-related legal transactions. Rory Charron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from Grand Valley State University, completed in 2015.
