Chris Petersen

Chris Petersen serves as General Counsel at ParkLand Ventures, Inc. since August 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Attorney and Chairman of the Business & Real Estate Section at Parker, Pollard, Wilton & Peaden, P.C. from November 2011 to August 2017, where responsibilities involved real estate law, including land acquisition, financing, and lease negotiations. Prior to that, Chris was an Attorney at The Petersen Law Firm, PLC from March 2008 until its merger with Parker Pollard in 2011, representing clients in business and real estate law. From August 2000 to March 2008, Chris practiced at Shaheen & Shaheen, PC, handling real estate, insurance, business law, and civil litigation. Chris Petersen earned a Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University—Claude W. Pettit College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.
