Joshua Snider

Joshua Snider has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Joshua started their career at Computers Etc. in 2012 as a Technician, where they troubleshooted and repaired personal computers and printers for clients. In 2014, they joined Clearleap, an IBM Company, initially as a Jr Systems Engineer, where they provisioned servers for delivering Video On Demand content. Later, they took on the role of NOC Engineer, providing logistical support for Video-On-Demand content and resolving incidents involving distribution to clients. Joshua then transitioned to the role of Systems Engineer, where their responsibilities included administrating infrastructure of an enterprise SaaS product and engineering solutions for a more stable and reliable product. Joshua also worked at IBM from 2016 to 2018 as a Systems Engineer, performing similar duties. In 2018, they joined Interline Brands as a DevOps Engineer, before moving to their current role as a Site Reliability Engineer at ParkMobile, LLC since 2019. Throughout their career, Joshua Snider has gained valuable experience in infrastructure administration, troubleshooting, and automation. Joshua holds a degree in Computer Networking & System Administration from Michigan Technological University.

Joshua Snider obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Michigan Technological University. Joshua graduated from this program in 2014. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which they obtained in November 2020, and Network+ from CompTIA, which they obtained in June 2014.
