Chari has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Seshachari aka “Chari” started their career in 2000 as a Delivery Manager at Xoriant, where they served until 2002. In 2003, they joined 3i Infotech as an Enterprise Solutions Group Manager. Seshachari aka “Chari” then moved to Bahwan CyberTek in 2005, where they held various senior management roles, including SVP - Business & Global Delivery, SVP - Head India Business Unit, Strategic Partnership & Lateral Growth, and SVP - Capacity Building - Digital. Chari joined Innovation ScaleUp Advisors Pvt Ltd in 2019 as a Business Consultant and Advisor, where they focused on fostering innovation, scaling technology organizations, and product/platform development for enterprises and startups. In the same year, they also joined Cloudleaf, Inc as a Business Consultant. Chari is currently a Retainer - Advisor at Deloitte, starting from February 2021.

Seshachari, also known as "Chari," has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM). Seshachari aka “Chari” also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Madura College, affiliated with Madurai Kamaraj University. In addition, Chari has completed the Global Advanced Leadership Management program from Kellogg Executive Education. In 2019, they enrolled in a Leadership Assessment program at Gallup, focusing on the Builder Profile10 and Signature Themes of Clifton Strengths.
