Christopher Swenson

Christopher Swenson has had an extensive career in Human Resources, holding various leadership positions. Christopher currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Parksite, where they lead all aspects of HR to support the company's growth. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of HR at Waterton, overseeing human capital strategies. Christopher also held multiple roles at James Hardie, including Vice President of HR for Global Operations and Vice President of Global Total Rewards and HR Operations. Earlier in their career, they worked at CF Industries, where they were the Vice President of HR for Global Benefits and HR Governance, as well as the Vice President of HR for Compensation and Talent Management. Christopher also served as the Head of HR and Director of HR at Elkay Manufacturing and held the position of Vice President and Chief People Officer at Gibson Brands, Inc. Christopher Swenson began their HR career at Powermate LLC and IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC., where they held senior manager and director-level roles, respectively. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and compliance.

Christopher Swenson has a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington. Additionally, they have completed the Advanced Management Program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
