Andrea Pilipuf

Andrea Pilipuf has been working in the banking industry since 2002, starting as an Office Manager at Fifth Third Bank before transitioning to their current role as a Branch Manager at Parkway Bank & Trust Company in 2006. Andrea is responsible for managing staff and branch operations, administering and updating bank policies and procedures, and training and developing their team to achieve sales, customer service, and profitability goals. Andrea also handles employee selection, performance standards, evaluation, and disciplinary actions when necessary. Andrea holds a degree from Kent State University.
