Jane Dugdale

Jane Dugdale has over 15 years of HR experience, starting in 2006 with Parkwood Leisure where they served as an HR Manager and later as a Senior HR Manager until 2013. In 2021, they joined Parkwood Holdings as a Lead HR Business Partner for the Glendale region, overseeing HR responsibilities for approximately 2000 employees. Their role involved collaborating with regional directors on various HR functions such as TUPE, training, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. Reporting directly to the Group Human Resources Director, Jane led the HR team in Worcester and supported the overall strategic plan implementation.

Jane Dugdale obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth in 1986.
