Ramon Torrents Munt

Ramon Torrents Munt is a legal professional with extensive experience in public administration and academia. Currently serving as a Lletrat at the Parlament de Catalunya since March 2023, Ramon has also been a Professor of Administrative Law and Urbanism at Universitat Pompeu Fabra - Barcelona since 2016. Prior to these roles, Ramon worked as a Lletrat consistorial and Technical Officer in Law at the Ajuntament de Barcelona from 2010 to 2023, and as an Advisor on Youth Policies at the Generalitat de Catalunya from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Ramon held the position of Lletrat at the Associació Catalana de Municipis from 2004 to 2007. Ramon holds a Licentiate Degree in Law from the Universitat de Barcelona, a Master's Degree in Local and Urban Law from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and an Advanced Studies Diploma in Law from the Universitat de Barcelona.
