Rosa Felicitat Escrihuela I Roca

Rosa Felicitat Escrihuela i Roca has extensive experience in public administration, specifically within the Generalitat de Catalunya. From January 2010 to the present, Rosa serves as the Coordinadora Direcció Estudis Parlamentaris at the Parlament de Catalunya. Prior to this role, Rosa was the Secretaria de l'Institut d'Estudis Autonòmics from March 2002 to January 2010, overseeing the economic and administrative management of the Institute, coordinating personnel, and facilitating research and development tasks to enhance Catalonia's self-governance. Rosa also had significant responsibilities in the Departament de Benestar Social, first as Cap Administració de Personal from April 1997 to February 2002, managing the employment processes for approximately 3,000 staff, and earlier as Responsable de Relacions laborals from 1993 to 1997, where Rosa handled labor relations for a similar number of personnel across various social services.
