Andrew Churches

Andrew Churches possesses extensive experience in project management and IT leadership, with a current role as Senior Project Officer at the Department of Parliamentary Services since September 2020. Prior to this, Andrew served as a Project Professional at the Australian Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment, focusing on the Security Reform Project, and spent time at the Australian Electoral Commission. Andrew's tenure at The Australian National University from July 2006 to July 2018 included various leadership roles in IT and infrastructure, emphasizing strategic and operational management to enhance the institution's technological capabilities. Earlier career highlights include serving as President of Ice Dragons Inc. and managing the IT Help Desk at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Andrew holds a BA in Communication from the University of Canberra and a Master's Degree in International Relations and Asian Politics from The University of Queensland.
