Edouard Beirnaert

Edouard Beirnaert is a seasoned Programmer Analyst with extensive experience in software development and analysis, currently employed at the Parliament of Canada since December 2008. Prior to this role, Edouard worked at Adnetis Email Marketing from February 2007 to December 2008, where programming and analysis skills were honed. Edouard holds a degree in Computer Science from the Institut superieur de l'Electronique et du Numerique.
