Giorgi Arziani is an experienced consultant and academic specializing in education and human rights. Currently serving as a consultant for the Council of Europe on projects enhancing participatory democracy and democracy in schools, Giorgi also holds the position of Assistant Professor at Caucasus University. Since March 2018, Giorgi has been a key member of the Parliament of Georgia, contributing to legislative processes, overseeing committee activities, and coordinating projects funded by international organizations in the field of education and science. Additionally, Giorgi has lectured at Georgian National University SEU and has previously worked as a Research Fellow on Education Policy at Geocase and as an International Educational Project Manager at the Civil Society Empowerment Institute of Georgia. Giorgi holds a Master's degree in Education Administration from Ilia State University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Free University of Tbilisi.
