Samuel Ngema

Samuel Ngema is an experienced ICT professional with a robust background in infrastructure support and network administration. Currently serving as an ICT Infrastructure Support Specialist at the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa since November 2015, Samuel specializes in establishing and maintaining ICT infrastructure, managing security and disaster recovery, and overseeing technical support staff. Previously at Space Age Technologies, roles included Network Administrator and Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer, with responsibilities focused on managed services, problem resolution, and client technical support. Earlier experience includes serving as a Wired and Wireless Technical Support Engineer at Business Data Solutions, Inc., where Samuel managed network installations and supervised junior staff.
