G. Corsi

She joined Parmalat in March 2012 as General Counsel.

She had a long experience at Gemina S.p.A. (listed company on the Italian Stock Exchange) from 1998 to 2011 in Milan, where she has been General Counsel, and most recently in the subsidiary Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A.. From 2003 to 2005, in addition to her position carried out at Gemina, she was also Head of Legal and Corporate department at Impregilo S.p.A..

She started her career at Gemina S.p.A in 1989 as Assistant to the Group General Counsel and also worked as Head of Corporate Affairs at Holding di Partecipazioni Industriali S.p.A. (1997-1998).
