Françoise Escourbiac

Françoise Escourbiac has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Françoise is currently the HR P&O Director at Parques Reunidos since November 2023. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2023, they worked as the HR Director for France at Grupo Nueva Pescanova, where they were involved in strategy development, international HR operations, and organizational change management. Before that, from 2006 to 2015, they held HR positions at VINCI Construction France, including HR Manager and HR Management roles, where they handled various HR responsibilities such as payroll, training, recruitment, and personnel administration. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as an HR Assistant at VINCI Energies, focusing on school relations and event organization. Françoise also has experience at Apave Certification, where they worked as a Technical Inspection Activity Manager and was responsible for recruitment, team management, and administrative and commercial operations.

Françoise Escourbiac completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management des ressources humaines (Human Resources Management) from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL between 2019 and 2020.
