Charles Nibley

Charles Nibley, CISSP, is currently working as the Chief Cyber Security Architect at Parry Labs since 2023. Prior to this role, they had an extensive work experience at Northrop Grumman, where they held various roles including Staff Cyber Systems Security Engineer, Software Development Lead, Capability Lead, Senior Principal Software Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, Mission Systems and Flight Test Engineer, Automated Test and Security Engineer, and Software Integration and Test Engineer. Before joining Northrop Grumman, they owned Tregacy Solutions from 2007 to 2009, providing services such as threat modeling, security scanning, penetration testing, and website development. Charles also worked as a Senior Network Systems Engineer at Amgen from 2001 to 2007, where they configured firewalls, managed servers, and served as a systems architect.

Charles Nibley, CISSP holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) at UC San Diego. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Systems Engineering from Caltech in 2014. In 2016, Nibley also earned the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)².
