Manny Ruan

Manny Ruan is the Business Development Manager at Parsely. Manny has been with the company since June 2021 and in their current role, they are responsible for expanding Parsely's total addressable market and generating qualified new business opportunities for the sales team.

Prior to joining Parsely, Manny was with Cision where they held positions as a Sales Development Representative and Market Development Representative. Manny also has experience as a Sales and Marketing Director, which they gained from their time at Asset Living. In this role, they were responsible for all sales and marketing initiatives for the company's student housing properties.

Manny Ruan has a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Communications from Texas State University. Additionally, Manny Ruan has a High School Diploma from Canyon High School.

Manny Ruan reports to Shannon Hawari, Head of Business Development.
