Andrew Mao

Andrew Mao 🍲 is the Co-founder & CEO of Parsnip, a platform that helps users improve their cooking skills through personalized learning. Prior to this, Andrew has held positions at companies such as StartX, CTRL-labs, Microsoft, and Goldman Sachs. Andrew has a PhD in Computer Science from Harvard University, as well as degrees in Economics and Finance, and Computer Science. Their experience includes roles as a Research Assistant, Postdoctoral Researcher, Product Manager, Assistant Professor, and Research Intern, where Andrew has worked on a variety of projects involving machine learning, social science, web programming, and data collection.
