Neil Courtman

Neil Courtman is an experienced quality assurance and risk management professional with a robust background in construction and project management. Currently serving as the Programme Assurance Director at Parsons Corporation since July 2022, Neil has held various leadership positions, including Head of QA & Systems at Collins Construction Ltd and Project Quality Manager at Mace. With expertise spanning over two decades, Neil provided QA/QC support for significant projects in Qatar, including FIFA 2022 and the Ashghal Expressways project. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Manager at Mace Group and QUESH Manager at Morgan Sindall, contributing to compliance and quality management across multiple capabilities. Neil holds a degree in Construction Management and Economics from Southbank University.
