Chandler Lally

Chandler Lally joined Parthenon Capital in 2022 and is a Vice President in the firm’s Boston office. She is active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies.

Before joining Parthenon, Chandler was a Principal with CBIZ Private Equity Advisory. At CBIZ, Chandler was a member of the Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis team; she assisted private equity firms and their portfolio companies in automating and improving their finance, accounting, and reporting functions. Prior to CBIZ, Chandler worked at PwC in their FinTech consulting practice; she worked closely with the technologies Medallia and Investcloud.

Chandler also interned at Wynnchurch Capital and 1315 Capital while pursuing her M.B.A.

Chandler earned an M.B.A from The University of Chicago Booth and her B.S. in Econometrics from The University of Virginia (UVA). At UVA, she competed on the Varsity Women’s Rowing team and was an NCAA and 4x ACC Champion.
