Marcel Molina

Marcel Molina is a technology leader and Co-Founder as well as CTO of Particle since January 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Tesla from June 2017 to June 2020 as a Sr. Staff Software Engineer, where substantial contributions were made to manufacturing execution systems for the Model 3 and Model Y. Between June 2009 and January 2015, Marcel worked at Twitter as a Sr. Staff Software Engineer in the Platform Services group, focusing on critical components like the Tweet service and Timeline service. Earlier roles include software development positions at Grockit, InfoEther, and 37signals, along with significant contributions as a core team member of the Ruby on Rails framework. Marcel is a co-founder of Ionist and began a career as a software developer at Simon's Rock College of Bard. Education was completed at Bard College at Simon's Rock from 1999 to 2003.
