Alyona Sakhniuk

Alyona (Holly) Sakhniuk serves as the Head of Business Development Management at Particles Global Inc. since May 2024, focusing on providing top-standard IT services globally by utilizing engineering talents from Ukraine and the EU. Previously, Alyona was a Senior BDM at Requestum from May 2020 to May 2024, where the role emphasized complementing customers' business goals through full-cycle software development. Prior experience includes a Business Development Manager position at DashDevs LLC, supporting various development specialties, and earlier roles at Daxx Software Development Teams in Ukraine, where responsibilities included sales and social media, as well as a brief stint as an SEO assistant at Intent Solutions Ukraine. Alyona holds an Upper-Intermediate degree from the Foreign Language Studio "NewTone" and graduated from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in 2016.
