Shelia Ayu Kusumawati has a diverse work experience. Shelia started their career at Toko Subagyo in 2018 as a Customer Service Staff, responsible for managing and running a family-owned store with a turnover of >Rp. 5000. In 2019, they became a Small Business Owner at Sell By Shel and Pastelme.id, successfully marketing various products to over 50 customers through social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Shopee.
Shelia then joined MNC Media in 2021 as a Media Planner Off Air Promotion, where they created playlists and scheduled broadcasts for FTA-PAY and House ID channels using GEN21. In 2022, they worked as a Creative Content Creator at Burger Bangor, managing and creating video content for three different brands.
Also in 2022, Shelia joined Partipost as a Content Creator, and in 2023, they became a Content Creator and Editor at BIOAQUA.
Throughout their career, Shelia has demonstrated skills in content creation, analysis, management, marketing, and design.
Shelia Ayu Kusumawati began their education in 2016 at SMA Negeri 95 Jakarta, where they studied Ilmu Budaya dan Sastra. Shelia completed this program in 2018. Following that, they attended Universitas Mercu Buana and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Jurnalisme Broadcast. Their studies at Universitas Mercu Buana started in 2018 and are expected to be completed in 2022. Alongside their formal education, Shelia also obtained additional certifications. In March 2022, they received the Advance In Social Media Professional Course Certificate from Tempat Belajar. In February 2022, they completed the Intermediate Level Excel Training from Seratus Ilmu (Training & Workshop).
