Julie Harris

Julie Harris is a seasoned professional in people and culture leadership, currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Partnered Health since April 2024. Harris has held various senior roles, including Senior Leader People Performance at SA Water and Chief People Officer at Workskil Australia, where significant achievements include the development of psychological wellbeing initiatives, integration of business operations post-acquisition, and the implementation of comprehensive training programs for over 2,000 team members. Previous positions include Chief Capability Officer at VetPartners Australia and New Zealand, Director of Learning and Development, and Regional Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim, where strong sales growth and performance management were emphasized. Harris also co-founded Aspire High Management and Business Consulting, focusing on strategic planning and organizational capability development.
