Mandy O'Brien

Mandy O'Brien has a strong background in affiliate services and customer success. Mandy has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 2007 as a Senior Account Manager at Pepperjam. In 2014, they joined eBay Enterprise Affiliate Network as a Strategy Specialist for affiliate marketing. Mandy returned to Pepperjam in 2016, where they served as the Senior Director of Affiliate Services, managing a team and providing strategic oversight for client programs. In 2020, they joined Partnerize as the Senior Director of Managed Services before being promoted to Vice President of Customer Success in January 2022. Mandy's expertise lies in program management, client relationship management, and affiliate marketing.

Mandy O'Brien completed their Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications at the University of Pittsburgh from 1999 to 2003. Mandy has obtained multiple certifications as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 and Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in February and August 2023.
