Alex Band

Alex joined Partners Capital in 2013. Alex leads the firm’s Equities global research team, covering long only and long/short strategies and manager relationships. He is a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to joining Partners Capital, Alex was a Vice President at Bain Capital, located in Boston and New York. He was a part of the global Private Equity group, responsible for investment due diligence, deal execution and portfolio management. Previously, Alex was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in San Francisco. Alex holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He graduated from Harvard College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemical Sciences.
